The Teams Time Trial National Championships is a new event for 2010 onwards held over Labour Weekend and is designed to be a finale to the winter season. It provides an event to focus on at the competitive level and can also attract new riders to the competitive arena as well as being a great developer of skill.
Saturday 23rd October: Criterium
Sunday 24th October: National Team Time Trial Championship
Monday 25th October: 100km Charity fundraiser road race
TEAM TIME TRIAL:
Each team will have four riders, with three having to complete the course.
The categories are:
- Juniors U17 (20km)
- Open Women (40km)
- Open Men (40km)
- Masters Men (40 km)
- Ridestrong women and men recreation (non-licensed riders) (40km)
Open Club teams will contest the prestigious interclub National Team Time Trial Hope Gibbons Shield. This means the team can be compiled from U19 through to masters.
TTT Entry fees:
· $100 junior team
· $120 open and masters teams
· $160 recreation/sports Ridestrong teams (not licensed)
ENTRIES OPEN 1st AUGUST
Event will start at 9-00am with Under 17 first, follow by recreational team follow by Club Masters, Women, Open.
The start finish is at the Waikato Uni. Same spot as “The Rev” fun ride / race use.

3pm start – two events, both 60 minutes long, open event followed by an Elite race
CHARITY ROAD RIDE:
Monday 25th October
9am start
Start / finish venue is the Glenview Club, on Peacockes Road in Hamilton.
