I cant seem to log in
For this year only, because we have migrated all 2012 members from the incumbent system to a new system, we have preloaded member profiles which can be accessed via a personalised link, information can be checked, new passwords selected and dashboards activated. Next year this will not be necessary and you can manage all of your membership needs online as required.
1. Have you received an email inviting you to renew? If so, this will have contained a link to take you directly in to your dashboard where you can complete your registration, or join as Ride Free while you consider your options. If you have already followed the link, but not yet selected any membership options, give BikeNZ a quick call. The link can be used only once as it is personalised to you. We will send you a new email, and you can crack on from there.
2. Login and password details for the 2011 and 2012 years will change with the migration into the new system, so your 2012 passwords will not work. Your login is your email address. If you have any issues, give us a call and we will sort for you quickly over the phone.
Where do I find my Membership number if I havent received my card yet?
Your membership number can be viewed from within your Web dashboard on the left hand side under your profile picture (the number is of format NZ20#####).
If you need to enter an event prior to receiving your card, you can provide this number, or a copy of your receipt as confirmation.
How do I obtain an International Licence?
Once you have a Race Elite membership, you can fill out the International Licence application (this can be found online under the membership tab), send it to BikeNZ, and we will process and send you your Licence. There is no additional charge for this to Race Elite members.
How do I obtain a technical licence?
Technical licences have now been replaced by technical endorsements. These can be added to any Ride - Club membership or above.
If you are a Commissaire, coach, soigneur, mechanic or team manager who requires a technical endorsement, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will add it on to your Ride - Club membership or above once confirmed.
I use a family email address and it won't let me log in?
Because your email address is your login, each individual member must have their own email address.
Alternatively, if you have a child who you do not want to have their own email, most email accounts will allow you to set up "alias accounts", which is analternative email address that points to an existing user account (ie your family email address.)
